Maghull Leisure Centre and Library, designed by GLR architects, will feature a five lane, 25m swimming pool and a learner pool as well as a fitness suite, a sauna, a steamroom and an aerobics studio. There will also be a fitness referral suite and meeting rooms.
The facility, will be located to the rear of the existing Maghull Town Hall, will also include a library with an IT suite, a large children's area with dedicated computer space and enquiry pods.
Apollo Sealants have been the main sub contractor for Allen Build on this project completing all seqalant and mastic application requirements including the swimming ppol, sauna and steam room.
